Thinking out loud about the most well-known and inspirational music artist, Ed Sheeran! Whoever is reading this, It’s time to realise, love yourself for whoever you are.
His music is affectionate and exuberant. “Shape of You”, according to me, is a synonym for ‘No one is perfect.’ Even Ed Sheeran himself, being simple and kind, turned out to be one of the biggest and inspirational singers with true emotions, which have been portrayed in his songs. When he produced, “I’m in love with the shape of you”, it struck my heart that fashion too, has come to the realm of possibly comprising of Small, Medium, Large, Plus Size, and Oversized without judgments. Fashion and Music are undeniably interesting phenomena leading to an increase of awareness of positivity, despite any flaws or imperfections we have. A big revolution happened, because of influential music artists like Ed Sheeran, Jaden Smith, Beyonce and others. (I have a big list. :P) who shaped this fashion industry. A change in the fashion industry has led to representation of models who are not “perfect” in shape and not amazonian, as plus size models.
And also, The other day I read the news about ASOS that models were not being retouched and leaving the stretch marks, which is encouraging and fearfully attractive.
Coming to an exemplification of Ed Sheeran, What I think is that, No matter how famous you become, No one is looking for someone perfect and no one is. And, People who are going through the plastic surgery or other radical procedures for perfect shape or flawless skin or whatsoever can make you look perfect, are accepting themselves for who they are. The serious practical surgery is not going to the change the trajectory of “Yourself”.
This song is such a masterpiece for annihilation of negative vibes. In terms of physics, Annihilation is such a strong, powerful word, which means the conversion of matter into energy. That’s exactly a part of my interpretation of Ed Sheeran’s song. He annihilated a lot of my worries and has united people in a musical sense to sing “I’m in love with the shape of you.” Everyone is attractive in their own ways, not in terms of looks, shapes, but mostly, charisma. It may sound a little cliche, but it’s a fundamental fact and a preferential treatment for everyone who deserves to be loved for who they are. Songs filled with love and inspiration are inviolable pieces, can help effectuate the change.
“Shape of you” song reflects about what has gone on in the music world, and that has vastly influenced fashion. I love how fashion transcends with music and calibrate the sense of understanding with soothing melodies or groovy beats.
The phrase ‘I’m in love with the shape of you’ is an echo for me as a shopper, discovering something new everyday with the heaps of collections. People cling to his songs to their attractive tenacity. His tendency to accept the imperfections, indisputably intensified the manifestation of the true beauty.
Coming to Fashion, I will show you that everyone totally slays it despite the shape of your body. A little quirk can change the whole outlook in a blaze of the public audience. Most of his outfits are blue and black, his own uniform color, I guess. And, mostly BASICS.
Although, Ed Sheeran and I have two things in common. We look great in glasses. And, Hats too.
Sometimes, I wonder what if Ed Sheeran wore something quirky. And, Whoever is reading this, Don’t misunderstand me with his fashion sense. I like his effortless sense of style, but I would suggest a little twist can do the magic from basic to a sharp and spiffy look.
Look 1 – A floral printed tee over a basic navy blue sweatshirt paired with red velvet pants, can make your look more tempting.
